Installation

Internal and External wall and floor applications, counter tops , table tops, kitchen tops. The possibilities are endless.
It is extremely important and should be done only by a specialist from the trade. Example, sufficient time must be given for the substrate to settle and dry before installing the stones.
It depends on the given site conditions and the quantity to be installed.
Sealing is done as an extra precaution to guard against staining, but this does not guarantee that the sealed stones will not be stained. Should you consult with your stone supplier, you may find that many stones may not require sealing. If a sealer is applied in a food preparation area, be sure that it is non-toxic and safe for use. We will consult with the sealer manufacturer with regards to the type of sealer to use according to the various requirements.

Technical

There is no largest possible size but we are more limited by the size of the slabs we can get from the block/quarry.
Normally they come in 2 thickness. 20mm and 30mm unless otherwise specified.
By looking at the technical report for each type of stones or by conducting a local laboratory test.
We always work closely with our clients and consultants to meet the Building Code Requirements. We can provide factory test reports or send the stones for testing upon request.
Prior to the delivery of the stones to the site, we will always inform our clients of what they will be receiving either by photographs or having a joint inspection in our factory.
Yes. We have our own in-house Studio team to assist with our customers’ drawing requests.

Care and Maintenance

Most of the time it can be repaired but we will assess it on a case by case basis.
Clean the stone surfaces with a neutral cleaner and not a strong detergent. Clean using a mild liquid dish washing detergent, warm water and a clean rag will suffice. Cleaning with excessive high concentrations or with harsh cleaners may lead to streaking. We suggest that you follow the manufacturer’s recommendation. In wet areas such as the bathrooms, you can minimise the soap scum but using a squeegee. To remove the scum, you can use non-acidic soap scum remover or a solution comprising of ammonia and water. However do note that excessive or prolonged usage of this mixture may result in the dulling of the stone surface of some stone types. For external areas such as outdoor pool, patio or jacuzzi areas, you will just need to flush with a mild bleach solution and water to do the trick and for the removal of algae or moss.
